Meet our founder, Kelsie Jane.
A passionate Digital Specialist with solid experience and demonstrated accomplishments in respect to digital marketing strategies and more specifically, effectively scaling eCommerce businesses through paid advertising.
Working as a Digital Marketing Manager for a tech startup in Gold Coast Australia, allowed her to work with some of the brightest minds this digital era has seen. This ultimately resulted in being a part of a business recognised as AFR’s Top 10 most innovative companies for 3 years in a row & Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50 for 2 years running.
Fast-paced business environments provided Kelsie a wealth of knowledge and experience from working with small businesses around Australia and also global brands like Bridgestone, Uber, Afterpay, Youi, Super Retail Group (BCF, Supercheap Auto & Rebel Sport) to execute successful marketing campaigns and most recently providing marketing support for Ampol’s newly launched online booking software.
Kelsie understands what it takes to build a brand and has a proven track record to learn, adapt and grow brands, especially whilst navigating in unprecedented market conditions like COVID-19.
“See, businesses are not complicated, they’re complex. Complicated problems are those where solutions are hard to find, but they exist. Complex problems are those where no solutions exist because the problem itself keeps changing, often in response to solving the problem.”
Problem solving comes naturally to Kelsie and using her passion for data has allowed her to work with industry leading software like Power BI, to define customer journey analytics through Artificial Intelligence to help increase a client’s Google ads revenue by more than 60 percent.
Kelsie has successfully grown multiple ecommerce brands since launching her own consulting business and is ready to share her skills with businesses wanting to level up their digital marketing!
